Food Preparation SpecialistResponsibilities:Prepare salads, sandwiches, wraps, fruits, vegetables, and other cold food itemsFollow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standardsWash, cut, portion, and organize ingredientsKeep food preparation areas, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitizedProperly label, date, and store prepared foodsMaintain proper food handling and sanitation practicesWork efficiently to keep up with daily production needsAssist with stocking ingredients and suppliesFollow all company health and safety proceduresQualifications:Previous food preparation or kitchen experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to cleanliness and detailReliable and punctualAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive food-preparation tasksMust be able to follow instructions and food safety procedures
