Lead Immigration Rights Attorney for HIV Communities

GMHC in New York seeks a Staff Attorney (Legal Immigration) to lead direct immigration representation for low-income clients affected by HIV. You will provide comprehensive immigration services, including education, eligibility assessment, and representation before USCIS, EOIR, and the BIA. You will work within an integrated care model, collaborate across departments, supervise paralegals and interns, and ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and data reporting to funders. #J-18808-Ljbffr GMHC
