Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall construction-management project.

Responsibilities:  

include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle
• Budget and schedule management
• Provide jobsite leadership in the areas of safety and quality
• Maintain good working relationships with owners, design team, and construction team

​ Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, scheduling and organizational skills
• Proven project experience from planning through project completion
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office, Blue Beam / BIM (preferred)

​​Education and Experience:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
