Business Project Manager

OverviewThe Business Project Manager plays a key role in driving the successful execution of initiatives within the Risk Management function. This individual will lead cross-functional projects, and manage program-level workstreams.The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and an understanding of risk or governance processes within a regulated or operationally complex environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of business-driven projectsDevelop detailed project plans, manage milestones, monitor progress, and report on outcomes.Coordinate and facilitate meetings: prepare agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and track action items.Identify and resolve risks, issues, and roadblocks across project lifecycles.Support the development of internal communications, status updates, and stakeholder engagement materials.Collaborate with functional leads (e.g., IT, Legal, Ops) to align project goals with business objectives and risk priorities.Develop clear and concise reporting for senior leadership and risk committees.What we’re looking forRequired:5+ years of experience in project management, business coordination and stakeholder engagementComfortable interacting with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior-level participants.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with PM tools and technologies (e.g., Jira, Python, SQL)Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the futurePreferred:Experience in the financial services industry.Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across multiple teams.Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with minimal supervision.About SusquehannaSusquehanna is a global quantitative trading firm powered by scientific rigor, curiosity, and innovation.
