You'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of 20+ jobs at a time—scheduling installers, communicating with homeowners, and making sure each project stays on track from start to finish. You'll serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients, ensuring a seamless experience and timely delivery of every job.You don't need to have construction experience—but you do need to be highly organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure. If you're great at juggling multiple tasks, keeping things running on schedule, and love being the person who makes everything come together behind the scenes, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Management, Scheduling & Homeowner CoordinationOversee the day-to-day management of 20+ active jobs at any given timeSchedule and coordinate installers, ensuring jobs stay on track and on scheduleAct as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and high-level customer serviceProactively address issues and delays, working with production and sales teams to resolve them quicklyEnsure all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standardsMaintain detailed documentation and digital records for each projectSales, Operations & Executive SupportAssist the leadership team with administrative tasks, reporting, and special projectsSupport hiring efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employeesIdentify xhyhwjd opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency across operationsAct as a problem solver and strategic support for a fast-moving, high-performing teamCoordinate with outside vendors (insurance, legal, tax professionals) as neededWhat We're Looking ForTechnologically Literate – Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systemsFinancially Literate – Understanding of financial basics, job costing, and payrollOrganized & Adaptable – Able to juggle multiple responsibilities and keep things running smoothlyStrong Communicator – Can clearly convey information to different teamsSelf-Starter – Sees what needs doing and gets it done without micromanagementVersatile & Resourceful – Ready to take on a variety of challenges to keep the business moving forward Carbon Remodeling
