Position Overview
We are seeking a pediatric speech therapist (SLP or CF) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is motivated to continue learning and growing.

Whether youre an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, youll be supported by a team of speech therapists who mentor, collaborate, and share knowledge openly. We want you to feel confident, supported, and set up for long-term success.

Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations of speech, language, articulation, and feeding/oral motor skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based interventions to support communication and functional outcomes
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Provide caregiver education and home strategies for carryover
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
Masters degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology
Arkansas ST license (or eligibility)
Interest or experience in pediatric therapy
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A growth mindset and willingness to learn
Commitment to family-centered care
