Aufgaben Du übernimmst die vollständige gruppenweite Budgetverantwortung für definierte Warengruppen im strategischen Einkauf der THIMM Gruppe. Darüber hinaus baust du ein qualitäts- und kostengerechtes Lieferantenportfolio auf und entwickelst es weiter – immer im Einklang mit unseren Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Dekarbonisierungszielen. Bring deine Verhandlungskompetenz ein: Du führst Vertrags- und Konditionenverhandlungen eigenverantwortlich durch. Du planst, verantwortest und setzt Kostensenkungsprogramme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen um. Zudem leitest du Projekte und Teilprojekte von interdisziplinär besetzten Initiativen. Du übernimmst das Stakeholder-Management auf allen hierarchischen Ebenen des Unternehmens. Qualifikationen Neben einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung bringst du ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit. Zudem hast du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Unternehmens gesammelt. Du hast Freude an der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit und schätzt den Austausch über Ländergrenzen hinweg. Erfolge sprechen für dich: Im Einkauf und in interdisziplinären Projekten hast du bereits überzeugende Ergebnisse erzielt. Flexibilität ist für dich selbstverständlich – mit einer Reisebereitschaft von 20 - 40% bist du offen für neue Eindrücke.
