Your primary responsibilities will include:Answering phone calls, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional mannerMaintaining accurate records, including tracking client information and managing office suppliesProviding support with scheduling, communication, and other administrative tasks as neededEnsuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, demonstrating a keen sense of organization and attention to detailQualifications: Experience with multi-line phone systems and ability to work under pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with supply management and office equipment (fax machines, copiers, etc.). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
