What You'll Do

• Float within PCU/stepdown/other equivalent lower-acuity units as needed
• Provide patient-focused bedside nursing care for a mixed patient population
• Use critical monitoring skills to support safe care delivery (including telemetry )
• Maintain clear, timely communication with the care team during shift handoff
• Support unit workflow to meet typical patient ratio targets (estimated 1:34)
• Apply facility standards for documentation and clinical practice (including EPIC experience required )
• Deliver care using established protocols for appropriate acuity levels

What You Need

• Current RN license (licensure required for practice in the applicable state)
• BLS and ACLS
• 2 years of recent PCU/telemetry/inpatient acute care nursing experience
• IV start skills
• Telemetry experience
• EPIC experience
• Ability to float within PCU/stepdown areas and, if needed, to other equivalent campuses/units

• Experience floating across multiple units/campuses
• Familiarity working in a float pool or high-flexibility staffing model
