Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial patient intakes and comprehensive assessments to determine psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy, rooted in established clinical practices, while swiftly identifying and managing crises through evaluations and phone triage.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices in accordance with patient goals and progress.

• Facilitate crisis intervention for patients experiencing mild to moderate mental health conditions and make referrals to specialized care for those with severe mental illness.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and continue to adopt best practices, contributing to family and couples therapy methodologies.

• Engage in all safety and emergency protocols as required, which may include being part of an emergency response team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a varied clientele, treating patients across all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors. This role requires sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and the socio-economic factors influencing family's mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
