Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner tomanage patient care and treatment through in-person, telephonic, and videoconsultations in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves providing high-qualityprimary, acute, and specialty healthcare services to patients in varioussettings, including clinics, virtual platforms, or home visits.

Compensation & Benefits: $116,160 - $145,200 plus benefits package

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive care as the primary careprovider in states where collaborative agreements are not required.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostictests to diagnose and assess patient health concerns.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, healthpromotion, and lifestyle modifications.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Nurses, and otherhealthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Develop and document individualized careplans.
• Prescribe medications or other appropriatetreatments.
• Participate in the On-Call program, which mayinclude after-hours, weekend, and holiday responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing and a minimum of 1year of nursing experience, or an equivalent combination of education andexperience.
• Current, active, valid, and unrestricted RNand NP licenses in Nevada.
• Multi-state licensure is required if providingservices in multiple states.
• Completion of a Tuberculosis test is requiredfor this position.
• Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas, NV area
