Neonatology Nurse Practitioner

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Facility: 72-Bed Level III NICU

Schedule: Full-Time, Collaborative Team Model

Join a nationally recognized neonatology team in Las Vegas as a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) . You ll be part of a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60, managing some of the most critically ill and premature infants in the region. This high-acuity role is ideal for NNPs seeking to work in a progressive, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced neonatal therapies and subspecialist collaboration.

• Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs/PAs

• Deliver care in a cutting-edge NICU offering:

  • Neonatal ECMO

  • Jet & high-frequency oscillatory ventilation

  • Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)

  • Whole-body cooling for HIE

• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and transport teams

• Work within a full pediatric ecosystem including PICU, CVICU, and pediatric ER

• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgery and full pediatric subspecialty support

• Average NICU census: 60 patients

• Board Certified NNP (NNP-BC) REQUIRED

• Nevada License or Willingness to Obtain REQUIRED

• Clean malpractice/license history Highly Preferred
