Senior Implementation Project Manager

Position Overview As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will help customers implement the Iterable platform for their engagement marketing needs. Sr. IPMs engage with executives, developers, marketing managers and other stakeholders to scope and drive projects to successful completion. They are Iterable experts who work with internal subject‑matter experts, own overall project success, and drive delivery, resources and milestones to meet customer goals. About the Professional Services Team The core purpose of the team is to delight customers with experiences and outcomes that maximize their success. The team includes project managers, implementation consultants and technical consultants who deliver growth marketing strategy, implementation consulting, onboarding and project management services. Responsibilities Lead multiple, concurrent enterprise projects to implement the Iterable platform for customers. Engage executives, developers, marketing managers and stakeholders to scope and drive projects to successful completion. Apply knowledge of Iterable use cases and collaborate with subject‑matter experts. Develop relationships across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Security and IT. Manage complex B2B/B2C implementations, meeting and exceeding scope goals and target dates. Oversee project execution, including resourcing, scheduling and timely delivery. Provide timely, clear communications to customers and the Iterable project team. Assess risks, anticipate challenges and provide escalation management when necessary. Meet or exceed CSAT targets, billable utilization and on‑time completion. Qualifications 6+ years in B2B SaaS platform implementation, project management or delivery service role. 2+ years experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech SaaS startup environment. 2+ years mentoring Project Managers. Proven ability to deliver complex technical projects and customer‑facing solutions. Expert use of MS Office Suite, Google Enterprise Suite and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence. Servant leadership and passion for driving customer success. Strong accountability, ownership and bias for action. Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope. Bonus Points Knowledge of marketing automation and related technologies. Experience developing implementation delivery methodologies.
