Join Our Growing Home Health TeamHomeside Rehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide high-quality, individualized therapy services to patients in their homes throughout Fort Lauderdale , Coral Gables and Port St. Lucie, Florida .

Therapist of the Month Bonus
Minimal office time—work independently while receiving ongoing support
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Active Florida Occupational Therapy License (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License (Required)
Minimum one year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or related clinical setting preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in patients' homes
Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
Valid Florida driver's license
Reliable transportation
