Senior Video Editor with Motion Graphics & Design Experience A senior creative role for someone who brings ideas, craft and ownership to the work. We are looking for a versatile senior creative who can move confidently from concept to execution-and who takes genuine pride in being someone their team can count on. The opportunity Envoy is looking for a seasoned video editor with strong motion graphics and design experience, a well‑rounded creative skill set, original ideas, and the discipline to carry great work across the finish line. You may be shaping a story through video one day, creating motion graphics the next, and designing a brand presentation or campaign asset after that. This is a senior individual contributor role with meaningful creative ownership. You will independently manage a range of regional and national client assignments while collaborating closely with a small, experienced team that shares ideas freely, gives candid feedback and works hard for one another. What you will do Design and creative development Concept and create high-quality work across digital, social, print, presentation and brand materials. Bring ideas to the table early and help shape the visual direction and storytelling approach—not simply execute a finished concept. Translate strategy into creative that is on-brand, audience-aware and built to achieve a clear client goal. Present and explain creative thinking with confidence to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients. Video editing, motion graphics and production Lead the editing and post-production of video for advertising, social media, internal communications, conferences and brand storytelling, while also helping scope, estimate and produce projects. Own post-production details, including story structure, pacing, color correction and grading, sound, titles and motion graphics. Develop animation and motion treatments that strengthen the idea rather than decorate it. Serve as a producer and art director on select audio, photography and video projects. Collaborate with talent, voice artists, photographers, videographers, production partners, freelancers, account teams and clients. Help manage production partners, budgets, schedules, revisions and final deliverables from kickoff through completion. Ownership, collaboration and quality Take responsibility for assignments, deadlines and details with minimal oversight; communicate early when priorities or obstacles shift. Manage multiple projects with organization, urgency and sound judgment while maintaining a consistently high standard of craft. Participate fully in brainstorms, reviews and team problem-solving; give and receive constructive feedback. Follow through on commitments and contribute wherever needed to help the team deliver strong work. Know when an idea calls for deep refinement and when a smart, efficient solution is the right answer. Stay curious about design and video trends, evolving platforms, and useful AI-assist work. What you bring Senior‑level experience in video editing and motion graphics, along with strong graphic design capabilities, ideally in an agency or client‑service environment. A strong portfolio that demonstrates video editing, storytelling, motion graphics, concept development and design fundamentals. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects. A strong command of typography, composition, pacing, visual hierarchy and brand consistency. Experience with illustration or animation and an interest in emerging creative tools are welcome advantages. The ability to estimate your work realistically, manage your time and meet agreed‑upon deadlines. Clear communication, good judgment, a steady work ethic and a low‑ego approach to collaboration.
