Head of Talent: Build Our People Brand & Scale

Mural is hiring a founding Talent Acquisition owner who will build the function and run it, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own both outbound direct sourcing and inbound recruiting, targeting the hardest seats with a systemized approach. You will design processes, scorecards, and interview loops while developing a strong employer brand through content and community.
