Location: 3725 Paseo Pl., San Diego, CA 92130
Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm ( Wednesday & Thursday OFF )
Pay: $20.00 per hour Paid Weekly

***MUST be bilingual ( English/Spanish ).

What You’ll Do: As a Lead Day Porter, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property, making sure everything looks its best:

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Support the supervisor with scheduling and leading the team onsite
• Communicate with Property Management and Security Departments as needed.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

You might be a great fit if you are:

• A strong communicator in English or Spanish – both written and verbal.
• Must be fluent in English to communicate with the property management and security team.
• Familiar with using a mobile device (such as a cell phone or tablet) regularly for time-keeping and document review.
• Enjoys providing friendly customer service
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Physically active and enjoy being on your feet outdoors.
• Experienced in janitorial, custodial, or porter work, especially leading a crew.

Physical Requirements:

• On your feet throughout the shift.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling.
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Walking stairs and on large properties regularly.
