What You’ll Do Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top‑tier service and unforgettable fan experiences Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all‑star lineup Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in‑store fan engagement What You’ll Bring You know the game. Understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service preferred Experience counts. High school diploma (or equivalent) required; 1–3 years of restaurant or leadership experience preferred Team‑first mindset. Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, and experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred. This role requires the completion of a high school education or equivalent, a valid driver's license to travel between units, a satisfactory background check, and the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
