Job Title: Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 1773 – Frisco, TX 75033 Overview You will serve as the Samsung brand evangelist within the Best Buy retail store, driving consumer sales of Samsung devices and related products. The role focuses on building relationships with customers and Best Buy staff through consultative selling and educational engagement. Key Responsibilities Demonstrate, sell, and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy. Use conversational consulting sales techniques to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and customers. Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives and goal‑setting. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis. Provide excellent customer and client service through consistent interaction with customers and Best Buy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Complete display resets during new product launches and as requested. Submit daily reports on sales performance and retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate sales reporting. Consistent achievement of established monthly/weekly sales quota and goals. High customer and colleague satisfaction scores. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). At least six months of prior experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred). Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
