This contract position is perfect for licensed school social workers seeking a meaningful, full-time opportunity throughout the 2026-2027 school year, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027.

As part of a dedicated team serving elementary and K-12 caseloads, you’ll provide critical services and advocacy for students, collaborating with educators and families to enhance social-emotional development and ensure positive outcomes in the school community. Support is needed for three openings, and you will work within a collaborative environment where your impact is valued every day.

Key Qualifications:

• Active School Social Worker license specific to school settings (not just a standard social worker license)
• Experience with K-4 and/or K-12 student populations, including both general and alternative settings
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic caseload with professionalism and care
• Flexibility to support elementary (K-2/K-4) or K-12 environments as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver social work services to students, providing direct support and intervention
• Collaborate with staff, families, and community resources to develop and implement effective student plans
• Advocate for students’ well-being, facilitating access to social, emotional, and academic support
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and district guidelines
• Participate actively in student meetings, assessments, and parent conferences
