Job Description What You'll Do Lead all back-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team. Manage food and labor costs while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Create a positive, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and accountability. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience. High-volume restaurant experience preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Proven success managing food cost, labor cost, and inventory. Passion for delivering outstanding food and memorable guest experiences.
