Overview Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital seeks a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (FMOB) in Sullivan, Missouri. The hospital is a designated critical access facility providing full‑spectrum care including prenatal care, deliveries, and outpatient medicine in a rural setting. Responsibilities Perform prenatal care, deliveries (including C‑sections), and postpartum care at your comfort level. Provide full‑spectrum practice in clinic and hospital settings, ensuring continuity of care for patients across all ages. Manage the medical care of assigned patients, collaborate with patients, families, and the health‑care team to achieve excellent outcomes. Document histories and physicals in the patient’s medical record as required by hospital by‑laws. Supervise and instruct medical students and residents assigned to the service; assist in the learning needs of residents and students. Support a flexible scheduling structure with 36 patient‑facing hours per week and a supportive call structure. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Completion of OB training (FM‑OB or equivalent). Licensing to practice as a physician. Strong interest in rural and community medicine with a patient‑centered mindset.
