• 8am - 5pm with flexibility for 10am - 7pm evening shift
• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• EMR: Epic
• 3+ years primary care experience or 12+ months residency required
• Bilingual Spanish required
• Multi-cultural population from various income levels
• BLS certification required
