Sales Manager

Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You’ll mentor our new and current team members, helping them turn "maybe" into "yes" and sharing creative ways to find new prospects.

• You’ll keep our leaderboard updated and bring the energy to our weekly meetings with fresh, motivational insights.

• You’ll act as the main link between our sales and service departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

• You’ll help with pricing for big bids, review service agreements, and make sure commissions are calculated accurately for our sales team.

• You’ll use tools like Pest Pac and iPad apps to draw, measure, and graph, and help the team do it too!

Who You Are:

• You have a background in sales and love coaching others to reach their full potential. If you have industry experience, even better!

• You’re experienced using Excel and Microsoft Office. You’re comfortable troubleshooting apps and learning new software.

• You have a sense of urgency - when a rep or customer needs help, you’re on it. You take pride in being responsive and helpful.

• You have a growth mindset, always looking for new talent to join our crew and find ways to cross-sell our services to help the company thrive.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Successful sales work experience, including managing and coaching sales teams [industry experience preferred]

• Proficiency in Pest Pac, Sales Center, Measure Map, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Able to use iPad and applications including special measuring tools [ie. draw, measure, graphs, contracts, reporting], teach, troubleshoot, learn new software products, etc.

• Strong reporting skills, including ad hoc report creation, Excel proficiency, etc.

• Sense of urgency re sales team requests, customer requests, etc.
