Pharmacy Technical Product Owner

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units.
• Ensure effective communication at all levels and foster open dialogue with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop technical and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize ideas and enhancement requests from internal and external clients.
• Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups, contributing meaningful input into product roadmaps and strategy.
• Act as a thought leader by regularly researching, analyzing, and sharing industry highlights and insights.
• Develop and champion business cases for new initiatives, defining appropriate metrics and measurements for product success.
• Prioritize work to ensure development efforts focus on delivering the most impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, and engineering teams to ensure solutions address business problems.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with Business Product Owners to ensure proper handoff of product enhancement and optimization requests.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers.
• Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning.
• Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve the configuration and supportability of products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products.
• Adhere to both internal and industry best practices and productivity metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Healthcare-Related Product Management, including roles as a Product Owner in a Healthcare-Focused Technology Setting.
• Experience in Pharmacy/PBM.
• Expertise in Agile Product Development and Collaboration with Engineering Teams.
• Experience Translating Business needs into Technical Requirements and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and a focus on operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy Industry and Standards.
