The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain valuable insight into the marketing industry, hone their current skills, develop new skills, and potentially gain full‑time employment after completing the program. However, full‑time employment is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on the organization's needs and the Fellow's performance during the program. Full‑time Marketing Coordinators can expect to earn between $45,000 and $55,000 annually, with regular opportunities to increase base pay and receive bonuses.
