Customer Service Specialist - FMLA
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing exceptional support to clients and requestors, the full-time Customer Service Specialist - FMLA will assist with disability and FMLA paperwork inquiries, ensuring accurate communication and documentation in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of requests for disability and FMLA paperwork Respond promptly to a high volume of customer calls and emails regarding Disability and FMLA paperwork Ensure accurate and detailed notes are recorded in Med-Release for all actions taken Required qualifications 1+ year of call center experience High school diploma or GED required Proficient computer skills with software applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to type at least 50 words per minute Previous medical industry experience preferred but not required
