Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager position in CA

We are a large mechanical contractor that specializes in Plumbing, Piping and HVAC projects throughout California.

Responsibilities of Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:

Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners
Manage one or multiple commercial mechanical projects
Meet with our on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers and Sub-Contractors
Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders
Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers.
Identify upcoming and future projects
Finish projects on-time and under-budget and exceed owner and general contractor requirements

Requirements for Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:

5 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience
Experience working on Commercial Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC projects

Preferred:

Bachelors Degree (Construction related)
Prior field experience in Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC
Construction Project Management experience
Stable work-history
