Now Hiring: Experienced HVAC Commercial Project Manager Location: Santee, CA. Full-Time. Competitive Pay. Great Benefits. Are you a seasoned HVAC Commercial Project Manager ready to take on exciting, large-scale projects with a top-tier team? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to oversee commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction every step of the way. What You’ll Do Manage and lead multiple HVAC commercial projects simultaneously Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and manpower Conduct regular site visits and ensure compliance with safety and code requirements Prepare and review project documentation, change orders, and closeouts Maintain strong client relationships and drive project success What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically in commercial settings Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction processes, and MEP coordination Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) OSHA certification and PMP a plus Bonus Points If You Have experience working on Government projects Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping projects on track Bring a customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle/auto allowance Project engineer support staff Project incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and development A collaborative, people-first culture Ready to take the next step in your HVAC career?
