Job TitleJob InformationDate Opened 10/02/2023Job Type: Full timeIndustry: TechnologyWork Experience: 5+ yearsSalary: $100000/yearCity: CoshoctonState/Province: OhioCountry: United StatesZip/Postal Code: 43812Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy/roadmap that supports the organization's existing needs and anticipates future direction.Plan, schedule, and implement major IT initiatives.Manage projects by defining scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and required resources.Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by recommending and delivering strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance information technologies.Manage ongoing cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability scanning and remediation.Secure systems by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation structures.Create, maintain, and document standard operating procedures and guides for the IT department.Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring, maintenance, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting.Verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.Manage maintenance of data center environmental and monitoring equipment.Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Organize and conduct training and educational awareness programs in relevant IT areas.Develop and provide reference materials and support documentation.What you will need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.5-8 years progressive management experience in Information Technology.3-5 years' experience in infrastructure, network, security, and server management.3-5 years' experience in managing help desk – tickets and resources for efficient time to resolution.3-5 years' experience in managing technology in multi-site environment.Experience in managing compute infrastructure including data center environment, server virtualization, networking, firewalls, cloud and backup, provisioning and management automation, and monitoring.Experience in managing corporate IT including mixed Windows and Linux environments, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects.Cybersecurity, and integration with Enterprise applications.Experience in driving digital transformation and managing change.Cisco CCNA or CCNP is preferred.
