The Headlines:  

In the role of Process Lead working in the Rocky Mountain Metal Container in Golden, CO you will be part of the Can plant.  You will work alongside the Line Lead, Maintenance Lead while sharing responsibility for the performance of an area, working in close collaboration with management.

This position reports to the Line Lead. 

 

The Responsibilities:  

• Develop the operating teams’ capability and technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis

• Centerline DMS and Changeover DMS owner for the line(s) and facilitates Line Loss Analysis through detailed use of Loss Trees in their area of responsibility 

• Accountable for integrity of data systems and loss elimination opportunities to deliver overall line results supporting the Compelling business Need. 

The Other Qualifications:  

• You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in the field of Operations, Engineering, Science or Business 

• Experience of World Class Supply Chain tools and techniques, specifically understanding and experience of problem-solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction (SMED) 

• Preferred Yellow belt or Green Belt.

• Manufacturing Experience

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $83,300.00-  $109,400.00(posting salary range) + 10%  target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
