About the Role As a Community Leasing Associate, you will be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and creating exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to support community growth. Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales: Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, drive leasing process, close deals, and deliver outstanding service. Operations: Manage lease files and maintain accurate records, utilize Yardi software, verify application information, and support LIHTC or HUD program tasks. Marketing: Update social media, assist with advertising, and stay informed about local market trends. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver’s license required. Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail. Leasing or real‑estate experience preferred. Knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) preferred. Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Compensation and Benefits Estimated Rate of Pay: $19.32 – $22.05 per hour (non‑exempt). The range reflects base rate only.
