As the dedicated Special Education Teacher, you’ll work onsite, collaborating closely with a supportive team to develop and adapt lessons tailored to student needs. This role allows you to focus your skills and creativity, ensuring that every student receives the structured, consistent guidance essential for their academic and personal growth.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Special Education Teacher in South Carolina, or current pending status
• Experience working in LD (Learning Disability) or similar self-contained settings
• Strong understanding of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), goal-setting, and progress monitoring
• Ability to create engaging, differentiated instruction for diverse learners
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and school colleagues
• Must be available for full-time onsite work (37.5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead instruction in a self-contained classroom setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring alignment with state and federal guidelines
