Team Staffing is currently seeking a part-time dispatcher for a company located in Burlington, IA.

Hours: 6:30am - 11:30am & 12pm-5pm M-F, 5 hour shifts, 25 hours weekly; Candidate will alternate every other week on closing the office.


Pay: $17.50 - $19.00/hr DOE

Tasks to perform would include:

• Take Calls & Voice Messages from clients/customers who are wanting to ride SEIBUS on a specific date and time and then coordinate with SEIBUS dispatcher to schedule on appropriate bus route by date and time for desired ride
• Call and confirm with Medicaid riders prior to actual date and time for pickup
• Become familiar with how to enter information into the Transit Software System to populate all Drivers' internet tablets for the next day route schedules.

Skills Required:

• Good computer skills
• Good telephone skills and ability to work with a telephone headset
• Capability to use Microsoft Computer applications for calendar scheduling like "Outlook"

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check with the past 10 years.
