Specialty: LPN/LVN Shift: 5x8 0700 am - 5:30 pm Mon - Fri Guarantee Hours (Weekly): 40 hrs. Weekend: Rotating Saturdays 9a-1p Floating: Required - All FM/IM/Peds locations First time travelers: Accepted Locals: Yes less than 75 miles at a lower rate Certs: BLS Skills: Outpatient Clinic/ Urgent Care Center, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Blood Glucose Monitoring/Testing, Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine, Ear Drops, IM & SQ, Oral, Subcutaneous, Simple dressing changes, Follow up phone calls, Interpretation of laboratory results, Labeling of specimens, Medication reconciliation, Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies, Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays, Telephone Triage, Throat specimen collection, Vaccine Administration, Vital Sign monitoring EPIC required Specifics: Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. Completed competencies to included but not limited to rooming/injections/EKG/nasopharyngeal swabs/blood pressure/ear flushes. Flexible, strong communication skills, adaptable and willingness to work with other, dependable, punctual. Ambulatory and Peds experience.
