Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Petoskey, Michigan. This position involves delivering specialized critical care to adult patients in a fast-paced environment. The ICU Nurse will utilize clinical judgment to assess, plan, and provide patient-centered care, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 1 year of ICU experience, Michigan nursing license verification (LARA and Nursys), BLS and ACLS certifications, and a skills checklist completed within the last year.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with managing vents, CRRT, and balloon pumps, as well as neuro, cardiovascular, and trauma units.
• Additional Information: The role requires flexibility to float to similar units such as Neuro, CVICU, and Trauma. Managing ventilators, CRRT, and balloon pumps are preferred skills. Candidates must be willing to work every other weekend.
