- In this role you will lead the setup and configuration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for the Electronic Systems (ES) sector. You will be responsible for the configuration, build and integration of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance for the sector. Partnering with business users, you will build a platform that will deliver dynamic and personalized email content based on business objectives and technology requirements.
- You will be responsible for account configuration and creating a data stream connector. As part of this effort, you will design and implement all supporting systems and templates to run effective email marketing campaigns. In addition, you will create and code solutions that leverage automation, data-driven segmentation and other sophisticated Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to maximize customer engagement.
- Outside of setup and configuration, you'll serve as a hands-on consultant to business users to implement email marketing campaigns, data segmentation and customer journey mapping. As such, you'll train them how to use the system and successfully deploy email campaigns through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interactions and APIs, AMP script, SSJS, and SQL proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud's various modules such as Email Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Social Studio Strong, and Dynamic Content Areas.
- Proficiency in developing responsive email templates and landing pages.
- Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales and marketing processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation for file/data import, audience segmentation, and journey kick-offs leveraging automation activities.
- Ability to develop SQL code necessary to import and transform data requiring use of Data Extensions and SFTP connectors
- Ability to identify and define journey entry sources and decision splits in any given journey with data extensions, lists (or audiences), Salesforce data, API, and events.
- Strong project management skills.

- Must work collaboratively and act as one team by supporting others to achieve our vision and fulfill our missions.
- Ability to simultaneously initiate, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
