Healthcare Quality Outreach & Improvement Consultant

Excellus BCBS is seeking a Quality Improvement Liaison to promote care management and quality programs across physician offices, hospitals, and community partners. You will advocate for members, address barriers to care, and educate on services and programs.
You will lead outreach, coordinate referrals, and collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to align quality outcomes with corporate goals. Travel may be required to engage providers and communities.
