Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming.
• Coordinate daily operations to maintain seamless guest services, from check-in to check-out.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey, fostering a cohesive team environment.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
• Implement and uphold Marriott's service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every guest interaction.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to optimize service delivery while supporting team work-life balance needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Ability to coordinate daily operations, maintaining a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Proven track record of resolving guest inquiries and concerns promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
