Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
- Develop and troubleshoot AMPscript, SQL queries, automations, and dynamic content.
- Create and manage Data Extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber management processes.
- Support SFMC integrations with Salesforce CRM, APIs, SFTP, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to journeys, automations, data loads, and email delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
- Document technical solutions and follow SFMC best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills
- 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio
- Email Studio
- Content Builder
- AMPscript
- SQL
- HTML/CSS
- Experience with Data Extensions, segmentation, triggered sends, and SFMC APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect.
