Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm in Tacoma, WA looking for a Paralegal to jump in and assist their team! This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to gather case details, provide updates, and help maintain a responsive service experience.
• Prepare and revise legal documents related to guardianship, probate, and trust matters with close attention to accuracy and formatting.
• Submit court filings electronically in Pierce County and ensure all documents meet local filing requirements.
• Track important case dates, hearings, and deadlines to support timely progression of legal matters.
• Organize case materials and maintain orderly records for active files across estate and guardianship proceedings.
• Assist attorneys with case coordination, document handling, and general paralegal support throughout each stage of a matter.

• At least 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably supporting probate, guardianship, or trust-related matters.
• Working knowledge of legal drafting for pleadings and supporting documents used in estate and guardianship cases.
• Experience with electronic filing procedures, including filings within Pierce County courts.

The salary range for this position is $30-37/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
