Woodcrest Hotel is looking for a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Hospitality Associate, combining both housekeeping and breakfast service responsibilities. This role is ideal for a team player with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist kitchen staff with daily breakfast preparation and service
• Cook and prepare breakfast meals following established recipes and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Stock inventory as directed
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, ensuring guest rooms and common areas meet high cleanliness standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
• Push and pull loaded carts and equipment as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests

Minimum Requirements:

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Punctuality and reliability are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move efficiently throughout an 8-hour shift
• Hospitality experience is preferred but not required

Asociado de Hospitalidad – Servicio de Desayuno y Limpieza

Woodcrest Hotel está buscando un individuo  dedicado y versátil para unirse a nuestro equipo como Asociado de Hospitalidad, combinando responsabilidades de limpieza y servicio de desayuno. Este puesto es ideal para un  jugador de equipo con una  gran ética de trabajo y  excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente .

Responsabilidades:

• Ayudar al personal de cocina con la preparación y servicio diario del desayuno.
• Cocinar y preparar desayunos según recetas establecidas y regulaciones de seguridad.
• Mantener la limpieza y organización en la cocina y áreas de comedor.
• Reponer el inventario según las indicaciones.
• Realizar tareas de limpieza diarias, asegurando que las habitaciones y áreas comunes cumplan con altos estándares de higiene.
• Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y organizado, incluyendo equipos y suministros.
• Empujar y tirar carros y equipos cargados según sea necesario.
• Brindar un  servicio al cliente excepcional a los huéspedes del hotel.

Requisitos Mínimos:

• Horario flexible, incluidos fines de semana y días festivos.
• La puntualidad y la confiabilidad son imprescindibles.
• Capacidad para trabajar en un  entorno dinámico con una  actitud positiva .
• Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad para estar de pie, agacharse, levantar y moverse eficientemente durante un turno de 8 horas.
• Se prefiere experiencia en hospitalidad, pero no es obligatoria.
