- Mechanically inclined and good with tools
- A strong problem-solver
- Detail-oriented and professional in clients homes
- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights
- Able to lift and handle heavy materials/equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn Experience in window treatments is not required, but experience with carpentry, installation, motorization, or low-voltage systems is a plus. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and delivering high-quality work in beautiful homes. Compensation: Based on experience with opportunity for growth.
