REGISTERED NURSE (RN) FULL TIME ALL SHIFTS

Job Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time – All shifts (ICU/critical care/med surge experience). Awarded $10,000 sign‑on bonus and additional shift differentials. Pay up to $45 per hour based on experience and certifications. Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care in acute settings, including respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation. Manage sedation/pain management, pressor management, cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management as required. Administer long‑term IV antibiotics for complicated infections. Perform wound care for chronic wounds requiring vacs and dressing changes. Communicate with physicians and co‑workers regarding patient condition and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient status or treatment response. Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Qualifications Active Indiana Registered Nurse Licensure. Current BLS certification. Current ACLS certification. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
