What you’ll tackle- End-to-end maintenance on diverse general aviation aircraft, performed to FAA regulations and internal standards.
- Both planned and unplanned work: annual inspections, 100-hour checks, diagnostics, and corrective actions.
- Accurate, thorough, and timely maintenance records that meet FAA documentation requirements.
- Hands-on collaboration with a team committed to precision workmanship and on-time delivery.
- Shop stewardship—keeping spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- Continuous development: monitor regulatory changes and adopt best practices to elevate your craft.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate.
- Minimum 2 years of practical aircraft maintenance experience.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot.
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation workflows.
- Comfort operating independently and contributing within a team.
- Humble: Coachable, team-first, open to feedback.
- Hungry: Self-motivated, strong work ethic, relentless improvement mindset.
