About the Role:

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team focused on creating meaningful progress and measurable outcomes for the clients we serve. In this role, you will lead behavior-analytic services, develop individualized treatment approaches and provide clinical guidance to families and behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments, review clinical data and use findings to guide treatment decisions.
• Develop, implement and supervise individualized treatment plans incorporating assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices.
• Promote client engagement, autonomy and meaningful outcomes through individualized clinical care.
• Provide parent training and ongoing case supervision to support consistency and effective implementation of treatment.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs using behavior skills training to promote treatment integrity and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor clinical progress and make data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as appropriate.
• Coordinate with community stakeholders and other relevant professionals to support continuity of care for clients and families.
• Ensure timely delivery of behavior-analytic services in alignment with treatment recommendations.
• Serve as the primary supervisor for employees enrolled in the student program, providing guidance, mentorship and ongoing professional support.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and support teams to promote effective service delivery and positive client outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to apply behavior-analytic principles in individualized treatment.
• Experience conducting behavior assessments, analyzing data and developing treatment plans.
• Experience providing parent training and supervising BTs/RBTs.
• Ability to apply assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices.
• Strong communication, organization and case-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, clinicians, technicians and community stakeholders.
• Commitment to client autonomy, engagement and meaningful outcomes.
• Ability to manage clinical responsibilities while maintaining timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Willingness to mentor and support employees participating in a student program.
