About the Role:

This is an opportunity for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing, clinician-led organization committed to providing compassionate, ethical and effective behavior-analytic services.

In this role, you will have meaningful responsibility for clinical programming, behavior assessments, treatment planning and case supervision while working closely with families, technicians and community partners. You will have the support of an experienced team and dedicated administrative resources, allowing you to stay focused on clinical quality and client outcomes.

The role is well suited to a BCBA who values client autonomy, assent-based care, trauma-informed practices and collaborative treatment and who wants to continue developing professionally in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior assessments and analyze clinical data to identify meaningful treatment priorities.
• Develop and supervise treatment programs incorporating assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices that promote client engagement, autonomy and meaningful outcomes.
• Provide parent training and ongoing case supervision to support consistency and progress across environments.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs using behavior skills training to promote treatment integrity and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families, technicians and community stakeholders to support continuity of care.
• Monitor client progress and ensure behavior-analytic services are delivered consistently and in alignment with treatment recommendations.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and service records.
