• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,046
• Weekly Housing Stipend: $770
• Overtime Pay: $50/hour
• Weekly pay range: $2,046 (gross)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to inmates within a correctional setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document all medical procedures and patient interactions thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Experience in correctional healthcare or acute care preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently handle high-pressure situations.

Additional Skills:

• Prior correctional facility experience is a plus.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing is advantageous.
• Flexibility to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays.
