**This position requires being onsite daily and 12% overnight travel.

Position Summary

The Executive Sales Coordinator serves as a strategic partner to the Sales Director while also managing key customer relationships and supporting revenue-generating activities. This hybrid role combines the high-level organizational and administrative responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with the customer-facing account management responsibilities of a Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, proactive, and capable of balancing executive priorities with client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support Functions

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
\n
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership.
\n
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and executive correspondence.
\n
• Track and prioritize executive action items and business initiatives.
\n
• Organize and maintain confidential records, contracts, and business documents.
\n
• Plan and coordinate executive meetings, customer visits, and special events.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between executives, customers, vendors, and internal departments.
\n
• Support strategic projects and ensure timely follow-up on critical initiatives.
\n
• Attend meetings, take notes, and act upon takeaways.
\n

Sales Account Management Functions

\n
• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts.
\n
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and requests.
\n
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
\n
• Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
\n
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
\n
• Prepare customer proposals, contracts, pricing documents, and renewal agreements.
\n
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide updates to leadership.
\n
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within CRM systems.
\n
• Assist with customer onboarding and implementation activities.
\n
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting efforts.
\n

Qualifications

Required

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
\n
• 1+ years of experience in executive support, account management, sales support, or a related role.
\n
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
\n
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
\n

Preferred

\n
• Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders is a plus.
\n
• Education in sales administration, customer success, or account management.
\n
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
