Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00–19:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU and Telemetry units within a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma, teaching hospital
• Operate as a Resource Center float RN, supporting ICU and Telemetry units based on facility need
• Utilize Cerner for all clinical documentation and patient charting
• Adhere to facility dress code standards, including tattoo coverage and restrictions on facial hair, acrylic nails, unnatural hair colors, and non-compliant piercings
• Complete orientation modules as required; module time is non-billable and tracked on the facility report

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN state license (required at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ICU/Telemetry nursing experience
• Weekend availability required
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Previous staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health records
• Comfort floating across multiple ICU and Telemetry units
• Experience in a Magnet, teaching, or trauma-designated hospital environment
